Still Hello

Text messages

Program: Still Hello, run by SHORE AI LLC, Malibu, California.

What we text

Still Hello phones the people a customer has chosen, after the customer has died, with messages they left. Before any call, each person gets one text from us asking if they would like to receive those messages. If they reply YES, we send one confirmation text and then place the calls on the days the customer chose. After that we only text if they text us, or to send a private link when the customer left a video. We never send marketing or promotional texts.

How consent works

The customer enters each person's mobile number, and email address where they have one, on their private setup page and ticks a required box confirming they have told that person, that the person agrees to be contacted by us, and that they have read these terms. Where we have an email address, we ask the person once by email and they answer with one button; otherwise we ask by text. Nothing is sent while the customer is alive. After a passing has been reported and confirmed, no call and no further text happens unless the person replies YES. By replying YES, they agree to receive these messages from Still Hello.

The text they receive

"Still Hello: Hello Anna. Michael left you some messages to hear by phone on special days. Reply YES if you would like to receive them, or STOP and we will never contact you again. Msg&data rates may apply. Help: reply HELP."

How often

One permission text per person. After YES, one confirmation text. After that, replies only when they text us, plus a private link text for each video the customer left.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP at any time and we stop all texts and calls and never contact them again. Reply HELP for help, or write to hello@stillhello.com. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
