Still Hello

Privacy

Last updated October 2026. Still Hello is run by SHORE AI LLC, Malibu, California.

What we keep

Your name, email, mobile number and time zone. Your keepers' names and contact details. The names, numbers and relationships of the people you want to hear from you. Your messages: typed words and recorded audio. Records of reports, reviews and calls.

Why

Only to deliver your messages as you asked, to check any report of your passing, and to run the service. We do not sell your information. We do not use your messages or recordings to train AI models or to imitate your voice.

Who sees it

Staff at Still Hello may review a report and the details around it. Service providers handle parts of the work under their own privacy terms: payments (Stripe), phone calls and texts (Twilio), email, hosting and databases. Your recordings are played only to the person you chose, by phone.

People you list

The people on your list get one text asking if they want your messages. We keep their name, number, and their answer. If they say STOP, we keep only what we need to never contact them again.

Your private link

Your page has no password. The link in your email is the key. Anyone who has it can change your messages, so keep it private. If you lose it or it leaks, write to us and we will issue a new one.

Your choices

While you are alive you can edit or delete any message from your page, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it, by writing to hello@stillhello.com. After release, a recipient can stop at any time with STOP or by pressing 9.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your messages until they have all been delivered or your package ends, then delete audio and message text within a reasonable time. We keep basic records of the release and calls for as long as the law or a dispute may require.

Security

Data is stored with a reputable cloud host and sent over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise it.
